4. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

No Returns (Hygiene Policy): Due to the nature of our products (personal care) and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered. All sales are final.

Damaged/Wrong Product: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo. We will provide a replacement or refund.
Cancellations: Allowed only before dispatch. Once the tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
